LICENSE AGREEMENT FOR SHE MAKES DIGITAL
LICENSE
Welcome to She Makes Digital. By accessing or using our She Makes Digital products, you agree to comply with and be bound by the License terms and conditions outlined below.
Definitions

She Makes Digital: This refers to our company, She Makes Digital, which provides digital products that can be edited, customized, and resold.

Private Label Rights Products: These are digital products that you can customize and sell as your own, but you do NOT have the right to pass on resale rights to your customers.
Master Resell Rights Products: These are digital products that you can customize and sell as your own, and you DO have the right to pass on resale rights to your customers.
You or Licensee: This term refers to the individual, business entity, or organization that has acquired digital products from Digital PLR Hub.
License
Upon obtaining products from Digital PLR Hub, you are granted a license to resell them. You have the authority to modify, rebrand, and sell these products in accordance with this agreement.
Earnings Disclaimer

She Makes Digital is not responsible for any financial outcomes, whether gains or losses, that result from the resale of our products. We do not guarantee specific earnings, success, or results from using our products.

Content & Design Quality
​
While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that our products are perfect. It is your responsibility to review and verify the accuracy and quality of the products before selling them.

Liabilities
She Makes Digital is not liable for any issues that arise from the use, sale, or distribution of our products. You assume full responsibility for any issues or disputes that may occur.

Termination

She Makes Digital reserves the right to terminate your license to sell our products if non-compliance with these terms is identified. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all product distribution.

Modification of Terms

She Makes Digital may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is advisable to regularly check for updates.
